Perseid is a digital wedding invitation and guest-logistics service operated by Kosmic Edge Marketing. Using it means agreeing to what follows.
What you are buying
A one-time payment for one wedding. Not a subscription, and nothing renews. The free tier lets you build your guest list, manage addresses and export them; sending invitations requires a paid plan.
Prices are shown before you pay. If we change them, that affects new purchases, not one you have already made.
Your guest list is yours
We do not sell it, rent it, or use it to market anything to your guests. We do not contact your guests except to send what you ask us to send on your behalf.
You can export your data at any time, and delete your wedding at any time.
Messages, and the rules we hold you to
Messages go out under Kosmic Edge Marketing’s registered sender identity, with your names in the body. That means we carry the compliance obligation, so a few things are not negotiable:
- We will not text a phone number that its owner did not enter themselves — including numbers you enter for your guests.
- Anyone who replies STOP is removed from messaging permanently and immediately.
- We may pause sending across the whole platform if a carrier raises a problem.
Use Perseid to invite people to your wedding. Do not use it to send marketing, and do not upload a list of people who are not your guests.
Content you upload
Photos and wording stay yours. You give us permission to store and display them for the purpose of running your wedding page, and nothing else. Upload things you have the right to upload.
There is a limit of 25 photographs per wedding page. It is a deliberate product decision rather than a storage constraint — this is an invitation, not a gallery.
What we do not promise
We work hard on reliability, particularly around a wedding date, but we cannot promise the service is never unavailable. Perseid is provided as-is, and our liability is limited to what you paid us.
Keep your own copy of anything you would be upset to lose. The export exists for that reason.
Ending it
You can stop using Perseid whenever you like. We may suspend an account that is being used to send messages to people who did not agree to receive them, because that puts every other couple on the platform at risk.
